I grew up in a small town in Michoacán, Mexico, where I first connected with the roots of authentic cooking and discovered how deeply food can express love and life. That early foundation still guides my flavors and the way I cook for every table.

I traveled to Cancún to find a new horizon and built my career across beach clubs, author-driven restaurants, and ultra-luxury hotels—working through kitchen, bar, service, and general manager roles. Along the way, I learned from some of the best chefs in Mexico and beyond, and I developed a deep love for wine that led me to study as a sommelier.
